Using your account
Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Keep your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for reviewing your selected medicines and quantities before checkout.
Orders and payment
The backend rechecks prices, stock, prescription requirements and delivery serviceability at checkout. Displayed currency applies to that order; the website does not convert currencies. Payment is confirmed by the provider’s verified server notification, not a browser redirect.
Availability and review
A submitted order may require prescription review. If payment is received but an item cannot be supplied, the team will review the order and the appropriate refund process. Contact support if an order needs attention.
Before publication
The registered operating entity, licensing disclosures, applicable law, cancellation terms, complaints procedure and enforceable consumer protections must be reviewed and completed by the operator and qualified local counsel before launch.
