Delivery availability
Available provinces, cities and communes are shown when you create an address. Checkout confirms whether the address is supported for the order currency, and displays the selected zone’s delivery fee, minimum order and estimated delivery information.
Tracking and address changes
Tracking becomes available in your order details when a shipment is recorded. Use the carrier link for further updates. Saved order addresses do not change when you edit your address book; contact support about an existing order.
Problems with a delivery
If a parcel or item appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete, retain its packaging and contact support with your order reference and a description. Do not use a medicine you believe may be unsafe.
Returns and refunds
Medicine returns may be restricted for safety reasons. Do not send items back without instructions from the team. Eligibility, deadlines, fees and refund processing times require operational and legal approval before launch; this draft does not promise an automatic return or refund.
