This draft describes how the website uses information needed to provide your account and orders.
Information used for your service
Your mobile number is used for sign-in verification. Account details, delivery addresses, cart items, order records and support conversations are used to provide the service. If you submit a prescription or patient details, these are linked to the relevant order.
Account and device storage
The website stores your access token in browser local storage so you can remain signed in. Signing out removes it from this browser. A checkout reference is stored in session storage to help prevent duplicate orders after a network interruption. Do not use a shared device without signing out.
Providers and private files
Payment is handled on the payment provider’s hosted page. RofahPlus does not request card details or mobile-money PINs. Prescription and support attachments require authorised access. Operational providers may process data required for messaging, payments, storage or delivery.

Email care@rofahplus.com with privacy questions or requests to correct account information. Retention periods, legal basis, provider disclosures, customer rights and cross-border data arrangements must be confirmed before this policy is approved for launch.
