Some medicines need a prescription. Here is how to include it with your order.
When an upload is needed
Medicines marked Prescription required need a prescription at checkout. You may also attach a prescription to other orders. Upload a clear JPEG, PNG or PDF up to 5 MB.
Make the details readable
Include the entire prescription and relevant patient information. Do not alter prescription details. If something is unreadable or unclear, contact the prescribing professional for clarification.
Private, order-specific information
Prescription files and patient details are submitted for the specific order. They are not a reusable medical profile. Only authorised access should be used to retrieve the file.
Review before fulfilment
Prescription orders can require review before fulfilment. Uploading a file does not guarantee supply or replace a consultation. Prescription validity, accepted documents and retention requirements must be confirmed by the responsible pharmacy team before launch.
