Start with a readable copy
Before uploading a prescription, check that the full page is visible and in focus. Include the medicine names, instructions and prescriber information. Avoid cropping the edges. RofahPlus accepts JPEG, PNG and PDF uploads up to 5 MB at checkout.
Keep your information together
Have the patient’s name and relevant instructions ready. If a medicine name or instruction is unclear, ask the prescriber or a qualified pharmacist to clarify it. Do not guess from an unreadable prescription.
An upload is not a consultation
Uploading a prescription supports order review; it does not replace a clinical assessment. Do not change your treatment because a product is unavailable online. Ask your healthcare professional about the next step.
